She is passionate about eliminating those things in life that no longer serve us to make room for a life that allows us to live fully.
She uses a connect-the-dots approach to tie together all aspects of well-being. Through deep exploration, with a sprinkle of intuition, she helps you discover the roots of your exhaustion and plucks them out. Tina utilizes a holistic, functional, and practical approach to improving well-being. Over her 25-year career as a health educator and wellness coach, she has collected a plethora of tools that run the spectrum from practical and scientific to metaphysical and spiritual. Tina believes no two people occupy the same space on that spectrum. While there is a shared experience, everyone has a unique path to living their fullest life. Outside the wellness world, I’m a mom enjoying life’s simple pleasures in the upper Midwest. My son and I savor the outdoors (building snow jumps is the best!), love trying out new recipes (bring on the gluten-free pancakes!), and, yes, building Legos (so relaxing!).
